Our Professional & Seasoned Team

At Katz Law in Paducah, we have over 30 years’ history of success in courtrooms throughout Kentucky and the region. Our attorneys have gone to battle against multi-billion and multi-million dollar corporations, major insurance companies, and some of the largest law firms in the country.

We collaborate with you in choosing our legal strategy. When you choose us to resolve your personal injury or river injury, we believe that it is our role to serve your interests, not our own. We believe that you have the right to meet with, communicate with, and work with your attorney from start to finish, and that your case should not simply be handed off to a paralegal or associate attorney.

Our role is to listen to you and work with you through all phases of your case. When you come into our office for the first time, we will take great care to learn about you and your situation and to zero in on your goals. From there, we will give you the benefit of more than three decades of experience as we propose the best approach for achieving your goals. As we move forward with that approach, we will keep you involved. You will make the key decisions along the way, with our consultation and advice. This is the way we believe the lawyer-client relationship should work — as a team.
